張一敏: 制高點上的較量

    張一敏,我國釩資源分離制造技術的知名專家,長期致力于釩頁巖礦物資源的清潔分離制造和鐵釩二次資源利用技術與工程化研究。他將礦物加工與濕法冶金、化學反應工程、團礦等多學科交叉,開展基礎理論、關鍵技術和工程應用研究,取得了具有國際影響的學術成就。 

    張一敏是十三五國家重點研發計劃重點專項總體專家組成員,十二五國家863計劃資源環境領域主題專家組成員(召集人),十一五國家科技計劃執行突出貢獻獎獲得者。全國優秀科技工作者,中國鋼鐵工業優秀科技工作者,湖北省十大杰出專業技術人才、湖北省勞動模范等。  

    張一敏先后獲國家、省部級科技獎勵17項。其中,排名第一,獲國家科技獎勵三項(國家技術發明二等獎1項、國家科技進步二等獎2項);排名第一,獲省部級技術發明、科技進步一等獎5項;獲2018年何梁何利產業創新獎,2020年全國創新爭先獎。授權美國、南非、比利時和中國發明專利84件,工業實施12件。出版學術著作8部、發表學術論文286篇(SCI 117篇)。分別擔任2011年國際材料大會(IMRC)、2013年東亞資源再循環國際大會(EARTH)分會主席和2015年中墨環材國際研討會共同主席。

    稀有金屬釩是冶金材料、軍工核能、高端制造、新能源等新興產業不可替代的限制性戰略材料,中國釩頁巖(俗稱石煤)儲量居世界第一。從極復雜、極難處理的釩頁巖礦物資源中,采用清潔的化學冶金分離技術生產高純釩及系列高端含釩材料,是礦冶領域學科研究的前沿和國際競爭焦點。

    釩頁巖礦物稟賦差,釩同晶置換于云母晶格中,多金屬復雜共伴生。采用高溫氧化工藝,以釩頁巖制造高純釩及含釩產品,是國內外普遍采用的核心技術,但該技術轉價率僅約為65%,釩回收率不足60%,且須添加過量工業鹽,環境污染極為嚴重。

    張一敏建立重力環流復合力場,改變小密度差微細二次資源物料分選下限,突破重力螺旋分選裝備距徑比不能小于0.45的極限,研制出超極限螺旋分選裝備,其富集比超出傳統裝備2倍,雜質去除率提高10%。

    張一敏教授治學嚴謹、學風正派,已培養80余名博士、碩士及博士后,指導企業高級工程技術人員100余名。他在礦物加工、資源高效利用領域做出了突出貢獻,在國內外享有重要影響。(資環學院)
